Addison and I had a roaring game of sorry yesterday and it all came down to us each needing a 1 card to win! Mom pulled it out for the win! Oh ya! Sorry baby, momma's still got it! ♥

Busy busy busy!
Yesterday was a crazy busy day! Virginia and crew were doing the house (yay!!!) So we left at noon and went to the park, then to lunch at Panera, on to Party City and TJMaxx then Walmart then Target. Robbie woke up from nap, met us there and then came back to the park to round out our day. The girls did a.mazing all day even without naps, they really were a joy! Addi and Allie told me last night that they want to do that everyday and Eve told me I was the best Momma EVER! LOL. I told them that I had so much fun with them and when they are such good girls that we are able to do so much even if Daddy is working. The big girls understand that life is more fun when i know it will be no drama to go just about anywhere. We all win. :) ♥

Birthday
My most favorite thing possibly ever was my bronze Michael Kors watch. I am obsessed with it. and in an effort to not leave Addison at school because I am late, I do want to start wearing a watch. :) This one will never come off my wrist. I am slightly obsessed with it. Thanks Babe.

A weird but wonderful gift. The ice maker in my freezer does NOT produce near enough ice, but now Robin bought me a replacement! Yay! I never thought I would be so excited about an ice maker.

Happy Sunday!
But as we were sitting in sacrament meeting today and I was actually getting something out of it, I looked on both sides at my little chicks and was amazed at how far my little girls have come. It made me think back to a particularly memorable Sunday shortly after Evelyn was born where I was trying to sit in sacrament meeting with a fussy spit-up baby and two toddlers that were a little shell shocked to have a little alien screaming in church.
Oh, how far we have come!
I am thankful for where we are now and I am thankful for all the different stages we have been through, they give me perspective. :)
Thank you girls for being so reverent and trying your hardest to be so good during sacrament meeting. I appreciate it.

Good Morning Princesses
Before church this morning, I was entertained by three tiny princesses. It was a good morning. Allie brought her music box in and they took turns dancing to the music on it. These girls are amazing. I wanna cry every day at their sweetness.

Procrastination does not pay.
When you wait until the last possible second, and address the envelope in a hurry, and forget one tiny little number, your last contribution to the Roth (for 2012) gets returned to you in the mail shortly after April 15th. Doh. LOL. I re-sent it playing dumb but I'm pretty sure it will now be a 2013 contribution. Haha. Darn it! Procrastination does not pay...except now I'm a leg up on 2013. ;). Ah, always a silver lining.

Busted
Robbie goes back to work tonight and so right now, he is sleeping.
The perfect time for me to get into some mischief...
I am tired of paying SoCal Edison, (the devil), exorbitant amounts of money every month....trust me, it's ridiculous.
So in light of that fact, I have done a few things I am sure I will get busted for. In my defense, I have been researching all day how to reduce energy usage in homes, and have bookmarked many webpages that I will be showing Robin as proof that yes, it is worth it to do these things.....
#1. I emptied and unplugged the extra, very old, very inefficient garage fridge. You wouldn't think this would be a big deal, but considering it's Robbie's MONSTER fridge....I may will be in trouble.
#2. I have turned off and unplugged EVERYTHING that isn't being used right now. This includes all appliances, chargers, the wii, the toaster over, everything. (FUn FAct, the wii was listed as being an "energy sucker" in an article I read if it is left on 24/7 which, of course, ours is. NO MORE!)
#3. I unplugged Robbie's NEON clock in the garage....I know...."to the gallows with her" for that one for sure!
#4. I also snuck out on the back patio and turned his hot tub down and put it on the economy mode setting which is where it should have been to begin with. (In my humble opinion).
#5. I unplugged from the outdoor outlet, (right next to the hot tub) his stereo receiver that gets used a maximum of two to three times per month in warm weather only, but has a light up display that gets powered constantly.
So yes, I am recognizing I will be in trouble over these things, but considering my birthday is in four days, hopefully he will go easy on me.
In my defense, I also unplugged my treadmill and elliptical, and will just plug them in each day when I am getting on them. I also unplugged all hair dryers, curling irons and my mixer and everything else in every outlet throughout the house. It was amazing to me how many things were plugged in that we rarely use. The roomba and the scooba for instance do not need to be plugged in 24/7. Also, the 2 computers in the loft that the girls rarely use, and that are ANCIENT, do not need to be plugged in and running. RIDICULOUS.
Also, I will be shutting down this computer every night before I go to bed as it doesn't need to run all night while we are sleeping. Please pray for me, he is getting up in exactly 35 minutes.....AGHGHHGH!
