Playin' in the pool

This was right before we went out to the pool. The girls were LOVIN' their skirts.

Addison floated around on this boat all day powered by Uncle Spencer. She even ate her snack on the boat.

Auntie Amber doing double duty.

Allie was absolutely FEARLESS around the water. Before we could even get their bathing suits on, Allie was sitting on the edge of the pool in her skirt and sandals, kicking and splashing water all over the place. She LOVED it.

Both girls in the floaty.

We had a great time in Elk Grove, we wished Robbie could have come with, but somebody's gotta stay home and work I guess! =)) Next time.

Home again...

We got home yesterday around 4:30pm and the girls were ready for their own beds! This is just a couple quick shots before bed last night. Allie is saying "get OUT of my room!" lol.
They were SO much fun in Elk Grove, we had a GREAT time. Thanks again to Amber and Spencer for taking us in on a moments notice!

Wild hair

So I got a little wild hair on Thursday morning and decided I was gettin outta town! Rob is on for 4 so it was a great time. 3 hours later the car was packed, girls were packed ;), and away we went to elk grove. It was a perfect day for driving and we made it in a little under six hours even with stopping for a super fun picnic lunch along the way. The girls did greeeeeeat, no problem at all. Allie got her own room last night and slept 13 hours and I slept with addison which we Never do at home. I like it. She is a snuggler to sleep with. Then got up this morning she ran to Ambers room and watched a show with uncle Spencer and it's been a whirlwind since then. Looong walk, park, feeding Sam waaaay too much cheese sandwich....the usual fun.
Anywho it's just good to get out of town on a whim sometimes. Having a one year old, a two yr old and being 5 months pregnant hasn't totally slowed me down! I am happy to say that! Lol. I'll post pics when we get home.

Deja Vu

So today was a great appointment. Normal checkup.
and Dr. Ngo is hilarious. I just gotta say it. Hilarious.
Anywho, they told me today that Evelyn's due date, per the ultrasound is SEPTEMBER 29th! That date rings a BELL. It was EXACTLY Addison's due date!! Okay, so Addison's due date was September 29th and I had her on September 22nd.
Allie's due date per the ultrasound was February 4th (originally 2/7) and I had her on the 4th. Evelyn's due date now per the ultrasound was 9/29, so we'll see...maybe another September baby. =)

BIG GIRLS!

Oh my goodness, the girls are so big! I love these pics because one, Allie is wearing a bow in her hair, which she now demands. Major jealousy occurs when Addison is getting her hair done.
Also because Addison's hair is in a real pony tail which while cute, makes her look way too old. Rob asked me today to please never do her hair like that again as it makes her look way too big!
Also I love this picture because Evelyn is in it too. I am 5 months pregnant now and feeling great. I love being able to get so much done in a day and still feel somewhat human. But don't misunderstand...I still lay down during the girl's naps most days. =)
Evelyn, you are a crazy busy belly-baby but I am starting to learn your routine and that's fun. I can't believe I have to wait 4 more months to see you. I can't wait!!!

I love today!

Pantry is clean, Rob shampooed car and I detailed it, and all before noon! yay!
Now for lunch and naps.
Oh and now it's 3:30 and I really rock because I just got off the phone and because of a recall I will now be getting $270 mailed to me! Yay for subscribing and actually reading the recall information!! One phone call and now the check is on it's way. YAY for me!

She's so cute.

Awww, little Addison. This was taken last October when we were at Amber's for Halloween. I want Amber to come visit me. Okay Am, Memorial Day Weekend....see you then!!

Relaxing day

Just got home from a great lunch with Rob and his beat partner. It was so relaxing and Allie LOVED Raymond. She made eyes at him alll through lunch! She can probably sense that he has daughters too. Then a nice scenic drive home and now Allie is napping and Addison is sitting in the garage in the car watching her movie. I went to check on her and she goes "I'm good. bye".without even looking up. uh. ok. bye. These girls are so fun and so good. Allie has really grown up these past couple weeks it seems. Makes it easier and even more fun! Thanks for a great day girlies, I wish you would be able to remember good, simple, fun days like these.

Robbie had this one up on the laptop downstairs yesterday and I love it! My girls are SO fun! It was taken at the very beginning of January. They have changed so much since then! It's crazy and breaks my heart. Sweet babies.

Allie's 15 month well baby exam

Today was Allie's exam and it went GREAT. Here are her stats:
Weight - 20lbs. - 15th percentile
Height - 31.5 inches - 85th percentile
HC - 18 - 50th percentile

So what does this tell me? She is taking after her sister to a "T". Long and lean girl.
I expressed some concern to the nurse because she eats so much and still is only in the 15th percentile, and the nurse laughed at me because Allie was dancing on the exam table at the time. she said "I am guessing she burns it off". Hm. ya probably. =)
Things I have noticed about Allie lately:
Her eyes seem to be getting more blue
She is so SWEET one minute and a TURKEY the next
She remains a crazy climber
She looooves to snuggle me, especially in the mornings
She LOVES SHOES
She loves dresses and is jealous when Addi gets her hair done and she doesn't. I put her hair in a piggie today even though it's BARELY long enough. She was excited!

The doctor also mentioned she has 5 teeth coming in right now! I guess I should give her a break if she's a little fussy! Thank heaven it hasn't interrupted her fabulous sleep habits.
Dr. Edralin also commented on how happy our kids always are. That made me feel good. We really like Dr. Edralin and feel he always has our kids best interests in mind. and his nurses are WONDERFUL.

Potty

Put those girls to work!

I put the last couple pics on here to show Nichole the Nike's she bought for Addison and I am obsessed with. These are probably my fave of all you have given us and I wanted to show you that Allie is wearing them now and I am sure Evelyn will too! SO CUTE. Thanks.
And Mom, these are the sweatsuits you gave the girls at Christmas. Super cute.

Agh Teeth

Poor Sweet Allie. Today by about 10am she had HAD it and that's not good considering she got up at 8:30ish.
I finally just took her out of the swing outside, took her straight to her room and put her to bed!
Upon further inspection later, I could see why she was soo sad....
She has 3 molars that are half in and half out and the fourth is just about to break through. (I seriously wish it would already). and then this afternoon I noticed that her I-tooth on the bottom right is getting ready to come in as well.

These are just a few pics of us at the park. We have had the most beautiful weather!

Waaay too sunny to open my eyes Mom!

Notice Addison in the background! AGH!!!!

One more of Scruffy

Dinner with Dad

Tonight was a super lazy dinner night. We had Applebee's for lunch and weren't really feeling too hungry. Well Allie was, ofcourse, she is always hungry. Anyway, Robin made a little concoction he is especially proud of and Allie COULD NOT GET ENOUGH.
So here is what you are loving Allie:
Daddy's double decker quesadilla (grossness)
cheddar cheese with one layer of lunch meat turkey and red chili pepper flakes
another layer of cheddar cheese with a layer of pepperoni and red chili pepper flakes and more lunch meat. yum?

Scruffy.

Okay so here's the deal. Last week Lisa took the girls for a walk. Before she knew it, this cute little puppy comes out of nowhere and joins the crowd. Fine. Well after about twenty minutes she starts to wonder, where did this dog come from? and she texts me a pic wondering if I recognize it. NOPE. and no collar and no tags of any kind. hmmm. Okay. So they get home and we go inside and forget about the dog. Until we look out a window and there it is looking all cute. hm. Then Tovah comes over and asks about this adorable puppy on our doorstep. Crud. and ofcourse Dog Lover of the world Tovah makes us bring him in. (We didn't need too much convincing), anywho, up go signs and days pass and NOTHING. Except other neighbors who tell us he has been wandering around for about a week. Then our neighbor two down tells us they have four dogs and got them all as strays because people drop the dogs in the desert behind us as coyote chow. SAD!
So now, needless to say...we have a new dog. SCRUFFY.
He is a male Cockapoo, doesn't shed, and must be about 6 months old as he still has his baby teeth.
How did this happen? Seriously we have gone soft.
With three girls I had recognized that eventually we would have to get a fufu dog, but I was thinking more when they were about 6, 7, and 8. Not 2, 1, and a belly baby. Seriously.
I also thought that Rob would put his foot down and be the bad guy for me. No such luck. He's wayyyyy worse than me! The second night it was here he let it sleep with Addison. Ya, he's a REAL tough guy on this one!!! =))
So the moral of the story---- walks are a bad idea and Daddy has now reached TOTAL SOFTY STATUS.
Okay, I love this dog too. He is totally sweet and cute.

And then there were 3...

Girls that is!
Yep it's true. Preggers! We just had our ultrasound a little over a week ago and saw a healthy, very active little baby GIRL!!! I am now almost 20 weeks and feeling good. So if you have been noticing I look a little "thick" in all of these pictures, I have a very good excuse! lol.

This picture was taken at the end April =)

We had originally thought it might be a boy. My cravings were different, the morning sickness was different, just a very different pregnancy. But within two seconds of the ultrasound tech placing the transducer on my belly, out she comes with "Girl! You're having a GIRL". Wow! I asked her if she was sure. (That was awwwful fast to have a conclusion). She then kinda smugly told me she was 400 percent sure. Okay then! and we were ecstatic. I think the first words out of Robbie's mouth were, "and I can now feeeel my hair turning gray". Before we got out of there and home he was already proposing plans for architectural changes to their bathroom to facilitate three teenage girls. lol. Whoa buddy - slow down! =) He could just not stop laughing. That nervous, "oh my goodness" laugh! It was cute. We haven't totally decided on a name, but this week I love the name Evelyn.
I can't believe I am pregnant again. Seriously I feel so blessed. These little girls fill my heart and soul with so many different good things. The love and emotions just come in waves and my mom says they always will. I am thankful for that. Sometimes its overwhelming. Sweet baby girls.
Addison has been particularly aware of the changes in my body. When I was so sick during the first trimester, she would come get on my bed and ask me if "I's okay" and then say "Your tummy hurt? I rub your back" and sure enough she would rub my back and my hair. Of course the hormones were so nuts at that time, that alone made me cry! lol. She is a very compassionate little girl and it was sweet to see her so concerned about me. Allie has been interested as well, I asked her where her baby was today (meaning her dolly) and she came and patted my belly. well, yes that's true too! she loves to pull up my shirt and give my belly "raspberries". And while that's super cute at home, it's not so cute at church!
All in all we are verrry much looking forward to meeting this baby in early October. It's a wonderful time to have a baby. I love spending the winter snuggling and nursing and just relaxing, (hahahaha). I am sure Addi and Allie will keep Evelyn and I very busy, but regardless, it'll be very fun. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

Lisa don't go!

These were taken the morning Lisa flew out. So sad. But it's okay, because I know she'll be back in October. Yay! I wish she would just move here. I found her a house and everything. *hint hint*

BABY!

I wrote this in January, but that wasn't the right time to post it, but now is the right time! I want baby #3 to have the run down!

We are having another baby! I am pregnant again! I could not be happier. It is definitely the right time for us. Things happen in perfect timing and I feel like this is one of those situations that shows that without a doubt.
We decided a while ago that we would try to have a baby after the new year and bam here we are! My due date is October 5th.
Okay, baby #3, here's a rundown of you.
On January 13th, I had a twinge. I recognized that twinge. I got very very excited. It was a twinge I have had only two other times...your sisters. I couldn't believe it was true. So I waited. Woke up early the 14th with the same twinge. YAY!!!!! On the 20th I tested while Daddy was sleeping and VERY LIGHT POSITIVE. I COULD NOT believe it. SO SO excited! Tested again the next day, darker and even MORE excited! Now I believed you were coming to me. I told Daddy and he was ECSTATIC! Called my new obgyn, Dr. Ngo for an appt. I went in for that appt. on the 27th and it was the best OB appt. I have ever had. I have never liked an office better. YAY! YAY! YAY! and now I get to go in on February 10th for my first ultrasound. I could not be happier about you coming in to our family. It will be so hard to wait until October for you. Welcome to my life!!!

*This post and others will not pop up until I post them later. But I want to write it and more now while I have all these new feelings inside me*

We LOVE Lisa!

Yay! Lisa was here!!

Lisa came to visit us FOR A WEEK and I loved every minute of it. and so did my girls. She and Allie are especially besties. Lisa always takes the best pictures and these are no exception.

Always a good pic with Rob in uniform. Addison looks super cheese in this one. lol.

Check out Allie in the basket. Her idea, not mine! We called her Moses all that night. lol.

Allie's first piggie tail...

On the way to Olive Garden, they rebounded and each scarfed a bowl of broccoli gnocci soup with dumplings. I must say, they have good taste, it was delicious! =)

Allie is obsessed with pickles. I am not even joking. If she even SEES the container, she will DEMAND some and there is NO talking her out of it. I have gone to sneaking them.

A little family pic after we visited Sprinkles cupcakes. I am blaming the iphone camera for stretching us wide, because we seriously are not this fat. lol.

I love this pic because Allie is a cheese and LOVED her leg warmers. She is an accessories girl - especially shoes and leg warmers. Addison loves hats right now. It's adorable.

Adorable.

Addison is enjoying her tootsie pop while chillin' with Lisa.
