Bike riding is FUN!

Robbie came home from court today with the best idea: A bike seat for his bike for Adds to ride in! Yay! So off we went to find the safest, most secure bike seat and a baby helmet.
We were successful!!! He got it put on his bike tonight and of course we had to try it out right away, so he rode around our cul de sac and Adds LOVED it! They are looking forward to a longer ride tomorrow. (But first we will have to get that bike helmet figured out better.)

When did this happen?

It seems like my belly is getting REALLY big. I am only 5 and 1/2 months pregnant, but I feel more! Here are a few pics... =)

Sweet Addison

Tonight was so sweet, I just want it in the blog so I don't ever forget it.
When I puts Adds down tonight she fussed and usually I let her fuss it out a little, but I didn't tonight and I am so glad I didn't.
I went back in and she was all smiles. I put my hand to her face to stroke her cheek and she looked up at me and then grabbed my hand with both of hers and kept making my hand stroke her head and face. Her little face was so happy with such a simple thing. It was so amazing and so sweet I almost cried. Then I picked her up and just held her to me and she snuggled in and played with my hair and just nuzzled and smiled. She was so lovey. It makes me emotional. I crave these moments with her and tonight was the BEST.
These types of moments are very few and far between. A snuggler she is not. Addison is a go go go girl 98% of the time. And I love that. But this other 2% of her is so precious to me too.

Soon there will be two.

Yes, it's true, I am talking about babies!
I am now about 24 weeks pregnant and a few wonderful weeks ago we had our ultrasound and discovered that there is another little girl in there! We are ECSTATIC! The ultrasound was beautiful, we loved every minute of it. I wish I could have ultrasounds every week.
This whole pregnancy I have been thinking that it was a boy this time. But as soon as they started scanning I just got this strong feeling it was a girl and then before they even asked if we wanted to know Robbie saw and knew immediately that we were having another little girl. He melted a little. He will tell you he didn't, but he did. We are so excited to have another little blondie running around. It will be good for Adds to have a sister too. I don't know what I would do without Amber and I am sure these two will be the same way. I am so excited!
It was especially great because with Addison, Robbie was unable to be at the ultrasound due to academy scheduling. But this time, we were there together and it was wonderful.

NO MORE 90'S!

Okay, so for those of you who don't live in the AV this will not be exciting. But for those of us that do, it is breathtaking!
I just checked the 10 day forecast and there is not ONE temp 90 degrees or above. Yes there is one high of 89. But that's not ninety. and there is even one high of 66!!!! Yes!!!!

Okay, judging from the feedback I received, I guess a lot of people didn't know we were moving. lol
So here's more info: We moved from the east side of Lancaster (the ghetto), to the far west side of Lancaster. Like so far west that when I look out my west facing windows all I see is miles of open desert and then mountains. Its beautiful.
We live on a cul de sac and we have no backyard neighbors. We are in the best school district and the kids will go to the best grade school in the district. In my world this is a perfect location. We take Addison for rides in her new car every day and we are loving the peacefulness of this neighborhood.
I'll post pics of the house if I can ever find our camera. =)

We have moved

Okay we survived the moved. We are in the new house and things are going great. You can see pics of the house on the picasa album, I don't have any on my camera right now or I would post them. Anywho, everything is good at the house. I will never need to join a gym again. Chasing Addison around this place is workout enough. I never realized how out of shape I was until now! lol
Grandma Vandecar came and stayed with us before the move and during. (Thank heavens!) We seriously would not have gotten moved without her. I am totally serious. She did everything.
Then Great Grandma Smythe came to visit after she left and is still here with us. Addison is so lucky to have so many wonderful Grandmas!! and I am so lucky to have such wonderful women as family.
I snatched Great Grandma's camera card tonight and found some great pics on there. Some of them are from a while ago, but I am posting them anyway cuz I love them! So here they are. =)
